This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the site, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, data volume, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is processed to ensure trouble-free operation and to defend against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
When you contact us via the enquiry form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, optionally company, phone, country, product, quantity and your message) to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is transmitted to us by email and stored in our mailbox. It is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply — for quotation requests usually after expiry of commercial and tax law retention periods. For spam protection the form technically records the time the page was loaded and the sender's IP address.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you information about products, new releases and trade shows. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: you receive a confirmation email and are only added to the list after clicking the confirmation link. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to verkauf@lexvision.de. We use an EU-based newsletter service provider under a data processing agreement. We log subscription, confirmation and unsubscription in order to prove consent.
This website does not set cookies that require consent. No tracking, advertising or social media cookies are used and no analytics tool is in place.
Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is established. Links to Instagram, Facebook and partner sites are plain references. When clicking them you leave our website and the respective provider's privacy policy applies. We do not embed social media plugins.
Personal data is only passed to service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements (hosting, newsletter delivery). No transfer to third countries outside the EU takes place unless expressly described.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future by contacting verkauf@lexvision.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
This privacy policy is dated September 2026. We will update it if our data processing or the legal situation changes.
